BlueHalo sometimes requires your personal data to pursue its legitimate interests in a way which might be reasonably expected as part of running BlueHalo’s business and which does not materially impact your interests or rights. For example, BlueHalo analyzes how users interact with its Site and Services so that it can better understand which elements are working well and which are not working well.

For example, BlueHalo may pass on details of individuals involved in fraud or other criminal activity to law enforcement authorities.   Tax laws require BlueHalo to retain records of orders and payments for its Services, which can include contact details of individuals within its corporate customers.
